This page consists of all the projects I've done for school and in my free time. I've done projects such as mock-ups, typographic studies, illustrations, color studies, still-life drawings, video editing, motion graphics, and infographics.
This is a promo video that I created for the hair and beauty salon “Creative Styles” in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. As a regular of this salon, I've always loved energy and community here, and wanted to convey it in my video to show people what sets this salon apart from the rest.
The video starts with a chill and comforting R&B song as I show the salon info on the window of the building as I make my way inside. Once inside, I pan around the room to show the decor before the owner waves and hugs the camera. I wanted this to happen in the video to show the warm and inviting environment of the salon.
Throughout the rest of the video, I pan through the shop rooms showing what service is done in each room while also showing the community shared between the owner and her customers. The video then ends with the custom logo I designed for the salon and the end credits.

“Happyology” was an informative infographic project where I depicted my own daily routine, actiivites, and how I could improve it. When creating it, I wanted for my graphics to feel light and playful, but easy to read so I carefully planned out my stylistic choices as so. I kept icons of the activities cute and simple as to be easily identifiable as symbols.
For the “Daily Life” graphic, I chose a warm analogous color palette of yellows, oranges and a few reds. This graphic represented the activities I did everyday and for how long.
For the “What Makes Me Happy?” graphic, I chose a vibrant split complementary color palette of yellow, magenta, teal, and mauve. I wanted to bring a lot of contrast to this graphic to make the info stand out. This graphic takes a deeper look into the actiivities and how much I enjoy them and what I don’t enjoy about them.
For the graphic “Happyology: How to be Happier”, I chose a color palette that included several soft and pale colors. This graphic combined the information inferred from the previous two graphics and represented a answer to what I could do in my daily routine to make myself happier when carrying out my tasks.
These illustrations are from my "Faces of Horror" zine which covered three horror movies—Talk to Me, Smile (1 & 2), and Hereditary—which all portrayed and discussed trauma and its effects.

This is a lyric video I created for the song “Boy’s a liar” by Pinkpantheress in Adobe Premiere Pro. I wanted to create a lyric video for this song because it’s one of my favorite songs. It has such an upbeat and bubbly feeling to it that I just really wanted to capture that feeling in video form. My goal was to create a fun, bubbly, and perky video with type.
I made the choice of going with a lyric video style for my video because I found the typical rapid movement and flashiness of lyric videos to mesh really well with this song.
In recording the footage for this video, I basically acquired any item that I felt was cute, pretty, and colorful. For the type, I chose fonts that were not only legible, but a mix of script, serif, and sans serif. I felt that it would be a good choice for the words to be prominent. The type was often accompanied with colored highlights for a nice contrast of tone and color.
